ABOUT LEAH
Welcome, I’m Leah — and I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start with your health and fitness, I want you to know… you’re not alone. I’ve been there too.

I created Little Miss Muscles in 2010 with one mission — to create a safe, supportive space where women lift each other up, both in the gym and in life.
I believe we’re stronger together, and that health isn’t about extremes, but about small, sustainable changes that you can actually enjoy.

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’m extremely qualified — holding multiple certifications including pregnancy and postnatal fitness, training older adults, and working with people with disabilities. Along the way, I’ve also learned many rehab techniques that help women recover and stay strong through injuries and challenges.

I’m also a busy mother, but I’ve always done my best to make time for my health and fitness, no matter how hectic life gets. I’m here to help you do the same — to fit strength, movement, and balance into your life in a way that works for you.

My own journey hasn’t been smooth. I’ve battled eating disorders, struggled with my weight, and faced health challenges along the way. But I’ve also learned how to break free from obsession, rebuild my confidence, and discover balance — and now I’m here to help you do the same.
If we work together, I’ll listen. I’ll guide. I’ll celebrate every win with you — no matter how small — and I’ll remind you of your strength when you forget. Because this isn’t just about getting fitter… it’s about feeling proud of the woman you’re becoming.

Welcome to Little Miss Muscles. You’re in the right place
