When I became a personal trainer, there was a real need in the industry for women supporting women, and that's when Little Miss Muscles was created.
I created Little Miss Muscles in 2010 just after I was married and after the birth of my first daughter.
I completed my Tafe course in Cert 3 and 4 in fitness in 2009. In addition, I am also qualified to train older adults, people with all sorts of disabilities, and have completed a course in pregnancy and post natal fitness.
I am dedicated to help women like you all over the world to become stronger and fitter, mentally and physically, and also develop balance in life. Everything I now teach is sustainable and life long.
After battling eating disorders and obsession, I know that the best and healthiest way to reach goals, is making small sustainable changes.
I struggled with my weight and other health problems all throughout my teenage and young adult years and have gained knowledge and experience so that I can empathize and help you along your health and fitness journey.
I have acquired the tools needed to push past barriers, motivational walls and plateaus and I am so dedicated to helping you reach your goals.
I will do everything in my power to get to know you and your struggles, and I look forward to meeting you and helping you every step of the way.
