GROUP SESSIONS
Join 1 per week or all 4 days.
50 minute workouts. Suitable for all fitness levels, the sessions are full body circuits and incorporate weights, body weight exercises, cardio and core exercises.
The sessions focus on building strength, toning up, burning fat and working on achieving that body you have always wanted.
You work at your own pace suitable to your fitness level and just do the best you can. No pressure and no judgement. We are all supportive of each other and have a great time.
HEALTH PACKAGE

The Little Miss Muscles Health Package has been developed with variety to suit all sorts of people and schedules. You will receive your own estimated personalised calories to suit your goals.
The different meal options allows you to customise your plan to suit your taste, and included is my signature super simple recipes, along with tips when eating out, a fitness tracker and more.

WORKOUT PROGRAM​
Little Miss Muscles has designed 2 different workout programs for you to perform on top of your group sessions.
One you can perform at the gym, if you have access to one, and one is designed for the home with no equipment needed.
