All girls in this group receive on going nutritional support throughout, to help achieve goals.

GROUP SESSIONS
 

Join 1 per week or all 3 days. 6 girls max in each group.

45 minute workouts. Suitable for all fitness levels, the sessions are full body circuits and incorporate weights, body weight exercises, cardio and core exercises.

The sessions focus on building strength, toning up, burning fat and working on achieving that body you have always wanted.

You work at your own pace suitable to your fitness level and just do the best you can. No pressure and no judgement. We are all supportive of each other and have a great time.

The Little Miss Muscles Nutrition Guide has been developed with variety to suit all sorts of people and schedules. You will receive your own calories to suit your goals.

The different meal options allows you to customise the plan to suit your taste, and included is my signature super simple recipes.
