GROUP SESSIONS

  • Join once per week or come all 4 days — it’s up to you.

  • 50-minute workouts suitable for all fitness levels.

  • Full body circuit sessions including:

- Weights

- Bodyweight exercises

- Cardio

- Core work

  • Focus on results: build strength, tone up, burn fat, and work toward the body you’ve always wanted.

  • Go at your own pace: no pressure and no judgement.

  • Supportive environment: everyone encourages each other and we have a great time.
