EATING GUIDE

 

The Little Miss Muscles Eating Guide has been developed to help build the muscle whilst shredding the fat to achieve a healthy balanced weight. You will receive your own calories and macros to suit your goals.

The different meal options allows you to customise the plan to suit your taste, and included is my signature super simple recipes.

WORKOUT PROGRAM​

 

Little Miss Muscles has designed 2 different workout programs for you to perform on top of your group sessions.

One you can perform at the gym, if you have access to one, and one is designed for the home with no equipment needed.

GROUP SESSIONS
 

Suitable for all fitness levels, the sessions are full body workouts and incorporate weights, body weight exercises, cardio, core exercise and boxing.

The sessions focus on building strength, toning up, burning fat and working on acheiving that body you have always wanted.

Now currently held indoors at a large school assembly hall.
