If Personal Training is out of your budget, but you still want that close personal interaction, in a motivating small group environment, then this Mini Group is for you. (4-6 girls in the group)
All girls in this group receive on going nutritional support throughout, to help achieve goals.
Leah has been training women all over Perth for over 11 years, this group class always fills up fast.

GROUP 3 - 11am
$22 per session (direct debit form for weekly payments)
45 minute workouts. Suitable for all fitness levels, the sessions are full body circuits and incorporate weights, body weight exercises, cardio and core exercises.
The sessions focus on building strength, toning up, burning fat and working on achieving that body you have always wanted.
You work at your own pace suitable to your fitness level and just do the best you can. No pressure and no judgement. We are all supportive of each other and have a great time.
The Little Miss Muscles Eating Guide has been developed with variety to suit all sorts of people and schedules. You will receive your own calories and macros to suit your goals.
The different meal options allows you to customise the plan to suit your taste, and included is my signature super simple recipes.
