& Terms and conditions:

PLEASE READ

* I agree that I am joining Little Miss Muscles Mini Group PT upcoming term and I am securing 1 out of 8 spots.

* I understand that my deposit will not be refunded if I choose to not attend.

* I understand that Leah Celentano trading as Little Miss Muscles will not refund my deposit unless the minimum number of participants hasn’t been reached. (4 participants).

* I understand that Little Miss Muscles recommends me to see a doctor prior to commencing, to clear me fit for starting a new workout program.

* I agree to pay weekly to Leah Celentano trading as Little Miss Muscles the complete 10 weeks of payments for the number of sessions I am applying for per week on the registration form.

* I understand that I am taking up a spot that someone else could have benefited from, and payments will not be cancelled or voided under any circumstances.

* I understand that I am required to complete the Pre-exercise Screening Form prior to commencement of training with Little Miss Muscles, and if I answer YES to any of Page 1, I am required to get a medical clearance from a GP before starting.​

* I understand that Leah Celentano trading as Little Miss Muscles will not reimburse any money for any session missed or skipped on behalf of the client. ​​

* I recognize that Leah Celentano trading as Little Miss Muscles is not able to provide me with medical advice with regard to my medical fitness and that this information is used as a guideline to the limitations of my ability to exercise.

* In case of emergency, I authorise Leah Celentano trading as Little Miss Muscles- to contact the nearest doctor/hospital/ambulance and organise any medical attention on my behalf. I accept responsibility for any costs incurred and release Leah Celentano trading as Little Miss Muscles from any liability for injury incurred during the exercise program.

* I take full responsibility for the personal belongings I bring into Little Miss Muscles session at the location of the exercise (whether in the home garage or the public park) and if belongings are lost or damaged, Leah Celentano trading as Little Miss Muscles will not be held responsible and will not be responsible to pay back possessions lost.

* I expressly waive, release, discharge and agree not to sue Leah Celentano trading as Little Miss Muscles from any liability of death, disability, personal injury, or action of any kind, its instructors, officers, affiliates, and executors for participating in the exercises.

* I give my permission for Leah Celentano trading as Little Miss Muscles to use photos and videos taken of me while undertaking fitness training. These images may be used on all social media sites, such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and for promotion of Little Miss Muscles. Promotion of the companies will include websites, publications and any media coverage.

* I agree to not attend the sessions if I have cold or flu symptoms.​​

COVID 19:
* In the case of a state lockdown, I agree to continue sessions with Leah Celentano trading as Little Miss Muscles via zoom online.​

* In the event that I am deemed a close contact and have to isolate, I understand that I am still bound to this agreement and the EziDebit contract and will not have any sessions that I do not attend refunded.

* In the event that I contract Covid-19 & have to isolate, I understand that I am still bound to this agreement and the EziDebit contract and will not have any sessions that I have not attended refunded.

* I understand that if I miss 1 week due to contracting Covid-19, I can do a make-up session at another group / week that is available.
