With the current situation that's happening around the world, and being self isolated, we are all stuck at home, you cant go to the gym, you cant come to a group workout at the park, but you CAN have me still train you in the comfort of your own home.


Here's 10 reasons:

1 - Keeping healthy and fit at the moment, is crucial.

2 - You get to be held accountable for actually doing the workout and giving it your all.

3 - You have a group of women all doing the same thing at the same time.

4 - I will help encourage you, and all the other women will be too.

7 - You won't be able to push yourself like I can if I can see you..

8 - It will help improve your mental health, as well as your physical.

9 - Your kids and husbands are welcome to join in too.

What do you need to join?

  • A computer, tablet, phone or laptop with a camera (will be streaming through ZOOM)

  • no equipment is needed but if you have some, feel free to use it


  • Join for 6 weeks

  • 30 minute workouts

  • $10 for 1 session (set-up through EziDebit)
