Join Little Miss Muscles and a group of like-minded women for a fun positive group workout at a local park.

Suitable for all fitness levels, the sessions are full body workouts and incorporate weights, body weight exercises, cardio, core exercises and boxing.

The sessions focus on building strength, toning up, burning fat and working on achieving that body you have always wanted.
