About the Event
Join Little Miss Muscles for a fun, positive group workout that will sure to make you work up a sweat.
Located at a local park. Suitable for all fitness levels, the workout will be full body and incorporate weights, body weight exercises, cardio & core exercises. We will have the music turned up to get you pumped up and feel free to bring the kids as there is a playground right next to us. details: • 45 minute full body fun workout. • Any fitness level (I will give modifications). • Bring the kids (next to playground, path for riding & basketball hoop). • Bring water and a mat/towel if you like.
